Domestic Shipping in Australia

  • Daily Shipping: We dispatch orders every day, except on weekends. Place your order before 12pm AEDT for same-day shipping!

  • Express Shipping: Get your items quickly with express shipping, typically arriving within 2-3 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: Expect your order within 5 - 7 business days, excluding remote areas.

Please note: The above timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs in case of carrier-related delays.

  • Privacy Matters: Your order will arrive in nondescript packaging, ensuring discretion and privacy for your purchases.

Order Tracking

  • Stay Informed: Once your order is collected by the courier, you will receive an automatic tracking number via the email you provided.

  • Email Notifications: Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam or junk mail folders) for updates directly from the courier.

Returns Policy

All purchases made through our store are considered final. We only accept returns if the item is faulty and unused or in cases where the wrong product has been received. In the event that you need to cancel an order, please ensure that this is done within 24 hours after placing the order. For issues regarding receiving an incorrect or faulty item, we ask that you report this to us within 14 days from the time of purchase.


In situations where an item is unused and found to be faulty, or if an incorrect item was sent, we will proceed with a refund or replacement. Please note that our refunds are provided in the form of store credit.

We also want to inform you that free products are exempt from refunds and returns. Additionally, it's important to understand that our policy does not cover any accidental damage that might occur during the use or cleaning of our products.
